A cotton manufacturer located in West Warwick and Fiskeville, R.I., the company incorporated in 1883 when it purchased the buildings of the Arkwright Mill. Around 1900, the company acquired the Harris Manufacturing Company's Harris Mill. E.C. Bucklin was treasurer of Interlaken and held a controlling interest which he later passed to his son, H.C.
